2005 Zinfandel $26
An amazing smokey front like a summer campfire that rolls right into deep fresh leather and light charcoal. And then flows into rich black and boysenberry with a dark oak and outstanding tannins.
2001 Pinot Noir $32
This is not your typical Pinot. It has a very palate pleasing Light raspberry jam with notes of blackberry . Extremely light on the oak. A wonderful sweet floral mineral bouquet finish. Smooth tannins that show the beauty of the Santa Maria Vineyard .
2004 Petite Sirah $26
This red is the opposite of most Paso wines. Which normally are fruit forward. But this one brings Clover and Southern sweet grass to the front of your palate. It has a nice and dark rich oak with medium to high tannins. Then sweeps you away with tart raspberry and bitter-sweet chocolate finish.
2005 Syrah "Herder" $28
A very beautiful red that has a nice soft prune start and rolls into a mild cardamom and chalk. But comes on strong with dried Mission fig and pomegranate on the back end. Medium to heavy tannins balance out the dark fruitiness of the red.
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon $40
Gold Medal Winner 2011 at the International Wine Competition of New York State! This is the first time we have released a 100% Cabernet. And after you taste it you’ll know why. Nice bold blackberries with a hint of nutmeg. Smooth tannins with medium dark toasted oak. And finishes of current jam and roasted fennel.
